Comfortable Workout Attire:

Wear clothing that allows for a wide range of movement. Form-fitting but not too tight is generally recommended, as loose clothing can get in the way.


Grippy Socks:

Some Pilates studios may require or recommend grippy socks with rubberized soles to help you maintain stability on the equipment or mat. Check with the studio beforehand to see if they have specific requirements.


Water Bottle:

Stay hydrated during your class by bringing a water bottle with you. Staying hydrated is important during any exercise routine.


Yoga or Exercise Mat:

If you're attending a mat-based Pilates class, bring your own yoga or exercise mat for comfort and hygiene. Some studios may provide mats, but it's always a good idea to have your own.


Small Towel:
